Alexander Yandy Laurens (born April 9, 1989) is a three-time Piala Citra winning Indonesian film director, screenwriter, and producer. Graduated from Institut Kesenian Jakarta's Faculty of Film and Television with Wǎn Ān (2012), a Piala Citra winning short film, Laurens' career started with writing and directing commercials, music videos, and webseries, namely Sore: Wife from the Future (2017). He is known for writing and directing critically acclaimed films such as Cemara's Family (2018) which was his directorial debut, and Falling in Love Like in Movies (2023). He is the co-founder of the film production company Cerita Films.
